I had been looking for shredded beef flautas and these did not disappoint! We also ordered alambres and quesadillas de asada. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Fully satisfied! 10/10 would recommend!

There's no way a mexican food stall in a dead mall could have a perfect 5-star google review rating, right? Well, I tried it, and yeah, it's hard to argue with it. The barbacoa street tacos had lots of juicy, tender, and flavorful shredded pork, nestled in two hot corn tortillas. The carne asada was flame-grilled, tender and juicy, with all the fixin's. The rice and beans were very good. The winner of the show, however, was the steak quesadilla. Stuffed with steak, pico, avocado, and melty cheese, it was delicious and filling. The price was excellent, and service fast. There's not much reason to stop in Ridgmar Mall, but this is worth the trip.

Love this place inside the Ridgmar Mall food court. Literally everything on the menu is good. My favorite is the barbacoa torta... the bread is always super fresh and the barbacoa is very clean (not super fatty/greasy). The salsas are unique. Super friendly staff.

This place sits in a mall that’s not very active mall. It’s a hidden gem. The service is great and the food is very tasty. I had asada, pastor, and carnitas tacos. They were delicious!! Wife had the fish filet and she said it was legit! Would definitely come again!

If you love nachos, this place is a total win. The nachos were out of this world, made with fresh, crunchy tortilla chips that really hit the spot. And don't even get me started on the Barbacoa Quesadilla! It was so flavorful—tender barbacoa and melty cheese wrapped in a perfectly crispy tortilla. Seriously, I was in heaven! Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food that won’t break the bank, Valentina’s is definitely worth a visit!
